Bradley Bailey,
MD, FAAEM is a Hyperbaric
and Emergency Physician in the San Diego Area. He received his BS
and MD degrees from the University of Nevada, Reno. He then
completed his internship and residency in Emergency Medicine at Maricopa
Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Bailey practiced Emergency
Medicine for 6 years in Northern Nevada and San Diego, and Hyperbaric
Medicine for a year and a half before entering sub-specialty fellowship
training in Diving and Hyperbaric Medicine at the University of
California, San Diego. He currently works exclusively in
Hyperbaric Medicine and wound care medicine, and is currently on staff
at various hospitals throughout Southern California.

Jeff Bozanic, PhD
holds a BS
in Geology, an MBA in International Marketing and a Ph.D. in Education.
Jeff Bozanic is an extremely active diver and instructor. He is the
author of the seminal textbook Mastering Rebreathers, and has
performed consulting work for many rebreather manufacturers. He has
served on advisory boards for TDI, NAUI, and IANTD on rebreather
training and standards development. In addition to this expertise, Jeff
is an active diving scientist, having conducted research around the
globe. Jeff is the recipient of many diving awards, including the
DAN/Rolex Diver of the Year.

Walter Chin, RN, CHT is the program director at the Gonda
Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine, UCLA.

Brett Hart,
MD Captain Hart is a clinical anesthesiologist who is an expert
in hyperbaric medicine. Captain Hart has published numerous articles
related to the treatment and efficacy of hyperbaric medicine. He
currently serves as the President of the UHMS. He is Chairman of
the Hyperbaric Medicine Committee in the Department of Hyperbaric
Medicine at the Naval Operational Medicine Institute. Captain Hart also
serves as the ECOMS Credentials Review Office and the NOMI Research
Coordinator. Captain Hart still serves clinically as the Staff
Anesthesiologist at the Naval Hospital in Pensacola Florida and is a
Clinical Hyperbaric Medicine instructor at the Naval Undersea Medical
Institute. |

James Holm,
MD, FACEP is currently an Attending
Physician at the Center for Hyperbaric Medicine at Virginia Mason
Medical Center in Seattle, WA. Dr. Holm received his medical degree from Georgetown University in 1985, and
completed a combined residency in Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine at
Northwestern University in 1989, where he also served as Chief
Resident. Dr. Holm is Board certified in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine and
Hyperbaric Medicine. He has been on the faculty for the Divers
Alert Network's Diving Medicine Courses since 2003. Additionally
Dr. Holm is both a NAUI and PADI Diving Instructor. Dr. Holm is a
Past President (2005) of the UHMS-Pacific Chapter. |

Enoch Huang, MD, MPH&TM, UHM/ABEM, FACCWS is the medical director
of the Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine department at Adventist
Medical Center. He attended medical school at Tulane University School
of Medicine where he also obtained a Masters degree in Public Health and
Tropical Medicine. He completed a residency in Emergency Medicine at the
University of California, Irvine and went on to complete a fellowship in
Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. He
is board-certified in Emergency Medicine as well as Undersea and
Hyperbaric Medicine and currently practices in both specialties at
Adventist Medical Center. He currently serves as an ABEM representative
to the ABPM Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine Board Examination
Committee, a member of the Publications Committee of the UHMS, and
President-Elect of the Pacific Chapter of the UHMS. |

Karl E. Huggins,
MS, CHT has
been the program manager for the Catalina Hyperbaric Facility at the USC
Wrigley Science Center since 1992. He began diving in 1977 and has
been a NAUI Instructor since 1980. He is noted for his work in
decompression theory and models, which resulted in the Michigan Sea
Grant (HUGI) tables and his participation in the development of the EDGE
dive computer. Karl is the recipient of the Leonard Greenstone
Diving Safety Award and the DAN/Rolex Diver of the year for 1993.
Karl is the President of the Pacific Chapter of the UHMS. |

Ken Kurtis is a National Association of Underwater Instructors
SCUBA instructor, owner of Reef Seekers Dive Company. He is a charter
volunteer dive team leader at the Aquarium of the Pacific. Kurtis has
been appointed to several state boards that have helped implement the
Marine Life Protection Act. He also serves as the forensic consultant
for the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office in cases of scuba
fatalities. |

Hyperbaric Chamber on Catalina Island. He is an Associate Clinical
Professor of Emergency Medicine at the USC School of Medicine. |

Susan Sprau, MD
is the Medical Director of the UCLA Gonda Center for Wound Healing and
Hyperbaric Medicine. She is board certified in Hyperbaric Medicine and
has worked in hyperbaric medicine for over 20 years in Los Angeles. She
is an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at the UCLA Geffen School
of Medicine and is Board Certified in Pulmonary/Critical Care,
Geriatrics and Sleep Disorders |

Tabby Stone, MD, is a past president of the
UHMS-Pacific Chapter (1999). He practices Pediatrics at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center
in Panorama City and is an Associate Clinical Professor of
Pediatrics at USC. He developed an interest in diving medicine following
his initial dive certification in 1979. He lectures to both divers and
medical audiences on diving topics and was the author of the Medical
Facts column in Discover Diving from 1988 to 1999.
